About this house rental
Viv's Place is a delightful refurbished two-bedroom fisherman's cottage which has been modernised but retains much of its charm.

Bedroom 2: Single beds & Tri bunk
Refundable Security Deposit: $250There is a lovely walking track along the river's edge leading to recreational areas, boat ramp/jetty, public swimming pool. Throw your rod of one of the many pontoons along the water way for your catch of the day or get your fish'n'chips from one of the two award winning cafes nearby.
Relax, revitalize and leave all your stress behind you and enjoy the peaceful and friendly lifestyle of Greenwell Point. It is the perfect location if you want to stay somewhere serene but also want to spend your day exploring/fishing the south coast.
* This house is pet friendly, however, you will still need to advise what type of pet you are planning on bringing and this needs to be approved by management. A pet surcharge fee of $100 applies and this fee is payable via our guest portal after booking.

We reserve the right to cancel your pet request (and offer a booking cancellation) should we deem your pet unsuitable to stay at a short-term listing. We also reserve the right to charge extra (up to an additional $100) for shedding pets to cover the cost of steam cleaning. Should you state your pet to be non-shedding and our cleaners report pet hair and we need to book steam cleaning, we reserve the right to use your security deposit to cover the additional costs of steam cleaning. Even though the property is listed as pet friendly, we expect you ensure you treat our property with respect for the owners and other guests, and pets are kept off furniture and bedding and are cleaned up after.

The house was basic, as expected, with just enough of everything that was needed.
Our main issue was a strange odour in the dining/ kitchen area that lasted the entire stay.
