Location is very good, nice clean.
Elevator is not going to top floor,have to go up 29 steps.

Excellent location, minute walk to the central square in Sorrento so great access to bars and restaurants nearby. The lady on site was there to meet us on arrival and showed us the room and facilities. The bed was really comfortable and room cleaned daily to a good standard
Not a complaint but the base of the matress was around 3 inches larger than the matress and with the bed cover over it meant I hit my leg on it quite a few times, there was tea making facilities in the room (no coffee) but the coffee machine in the main entrance always seemed to be off (we didn't get to ask how it was switched on - our fault), overall, nothing really to complain about!

You couldn’t ask for a better location, right where you wanna be close to everything close to the train this is where you wanna be. The host was very good in communication tips and just an overall Nice Guy.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was awesome.

Location, spacious, clean, stuff.
Low water pressure, very weak air conditioning in one of the rooms not fixed during a whole week stay.
