The property was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 year old daughter and dog for the week! The location is just a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, shopping and parks. We really loved the quiet neighborhood for walks with our dog and family bike rides.

My wife and two teenage kids stayed here for 7 days. Very nice comfortable home. Perfect for our family. Good location with easy access to stores and Yarmouth beaches on both the North and South side. Also easy access to Hyannis Port and whale watching cruises. My kids loved the “amazing” internet speed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. This cottage is nice and clean and this is the most important thing to us. We were also able to bring our little dogs with us on vacation, so that was really nice too. They loved the nice yard. The location of this cottage is great too. It’s located near everything and the neighborhood is great for walking the dogs. It is also a very quiet neighborhood, which was great. The kitchen has everything you need, and the living room was very comfortable for in the evening. On the downside, the bathroom is really small and the only other issue we had was when taking the dogs out the sensor lights kept going out after about 15 seconds…other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a perfect place in a quiet neighborhood. You can change up your walk daily. It’s close to everything you need and minutes from the beaches. The house is updated and comfortable. Caryn responded quickly to messages. I’ll come back.

The property was exactly as described. Nicely appointed home and furnishings. Kitchen with everything you could need. Our dogs loved the back yard and walks in the peaceful neighborhood. Good location for exploring all over the Cape.

The house was located near a lot of CC entertainment. Mini golf, restaurants, shops, and beaches. The house was very neat and clean, and came equipped with several amenities like wi-fi, central air, and a washer and dryer. We were also able to bring our small dog which was really nice. The owner was responsive to all our messages before, during, and after our stay there. Our family had a great time during our stay at Caryn's house in the Cape.

Just as described. You can tell the owner has made/making plenty of upgrades. Very clean and very comfortable. Close to everything (just a few minutes to beaches, shopping,, food etc.) would certainly recommend.

We had a great experience staying at Caryn’s property! I’ve been going to the Cape all my life and have stayed in many places, and this is one of the best. First, you can’t beat this neighborhood for proximity to restaurants and places of interest and also for safe dog walking. Second, I really appreciated how uncluttered the house was, but yet she also provided everything we needed (from linens to paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags, which a lot of houses don’t). Third, Caryn was extremely responsive to questions and quick to resolve or remedy any issues that came up. All in all, a perfect stay! Thank you Caryn!

This home was the perfect size for our little family’s stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, great location and close to wherever we wanted to head to. A few photos of the place needs to be updated (i.e. the shower now has a sliding door, not curtains). It’s an updated and renovated home, Central AC is in the home. Caryn was a great host and quick to communicate with. We would definitely come back and stay again!

This property was perfect for me, my wife and our pup. The property was well equipped and had plenty of towels and beach chairs and a comfortable patio. Nice, quiet neighborhood was perfect for walking the dog around. The host was friendly and was quick to respond to our questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Caryn’s house which was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. It’s location is perfect for exploring the beaches and towns in the mid-Cape or for hopping onto the Rail Trail nearby. Caryn was super responsive and quickly answered all the questions we had. One minor thing is there are only a/c units in the bedrooms so the kitchen and living/dining area got a bit toasty when we cooked, but otherwise the house was great.

We had a relaxing stay in this cozy home. It is conveniently located near shops, beaches, mini golf and restaurants. We were able to ride our bikes to the nearby bike trail, grill outside and use the outdoor shower. It comfortably fit 5 adults for the week. We would recommend this property to others !!

This house worked out well for us to visit our grandparents! The location was great and the trip was wonderful! The only issue we had was that the shower had a window inside (opaque) where the wood frame got damp because it was inside the tub area. Other than that, it was great!

My family and stayed in this lovely well kitted home. Great location for getting to and from a number of beaches. Small home as expected - true to photos. Bedroom furniture feels very new and kitchen a little old but perfectly usable (all appliances were very new/modern). Quiet residential area close to a bike path, shops, takeaway. House came with plenty of towels/bedding/kitchen equipment. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you.
