About this condo rental
Nestled in Oceanside, this attractive condo for $738 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Unit D-15 is considered one of the premier units at North Coast Village. It is a bright, freshly updated, oceanfront corner unit with PANORAMIC ocean and pier views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. It's on the ground floor and it's 2 walk-out patios have unobstructed views of the beach, which offers great surfing, beachcombing, and beautiful sunsets. Catalina and San Clemente Islands are visible on clear days. Unlike most units, there are no steps! It also has 2 garage parking spaces, ceiling fans throughout, and an in-complex swimming pool. This exceptional unit was renovated in January- February 2021. It has a brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops and top-of-the-line appliances including a low-decibel Bosch 800 series dishwasher. If you choose to cook and/or serve food in the apartment, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need like a coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, cookware, and bakeware. The owner has also purchased a personal grill so you can cook out right on the oceanfront patio. Spices, sugar, salt, coffee, and creamer are provided. Enjoy your food indoors or outdoors with dedicated dishes to eat in indoors (seats 6 at the table, 3 at the counter) or outdoors (seats 6 at the table). The outdoor dishes are all break-resistant, made of plastic and acrylic, and include a coffee set with a thermal cafe if you choose to relax and watch the morning waves with your coffee. Feel at home in the beachy living room with new furniture including a full leather sofa, love seat with lumbar support, and a wicker rocking chair. The entertainment system comprises a 55” flat-screen Smart TV, Wifi, and 250+ channels of cable are all included. A new gas fireplace for those cooler beach nights gives the room a cozy ambiance. The updated master bedroom is designed for relaxing. From the bed or the comfy chair you can hear and see the ocean! This bedroom is spacious and has a 42” flat screen TV, and a private bath with a vanity area and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is cozy with a queen size bed and bunk beds. It is next to the second bathroom. Keep the bedroom doors open with magnetic door holders to feel the ocean breeze through the whole condo, or shut them for more privacy. Have worry-free days at the beach using the beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, small cooler and sand toys that are all provided. Laundry facilities, card/app operated, are within the North Coast Village Complex. North Coast Village is a professionally managed, 550-unit condominium complex in a resort setting with a large pool, spa, koi ponds, a clubhouse and lush tropical vegetation. Situated on the beach and along the banks of the San Luis Rey River, it's a 3-minute stroll to Oceanside Harbor (north) with its shops, restaurants, boating and fishing opportunities, and world-class surf breaks. Oceanside Pier is a 5-minute walk (south) and the burgeoning hotel and restaurant scene in Oceanside's revitalized downtown is also within easy walking distance. **PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Best location at North Coast Village! Oceanfront view with sweeping grand views. Short walk to gate to beach, pool, everything felt right at the door step. Super well stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect location
This property is perfect! The host has renovated and furnished this propert with very tasteful decor that is perfect for a family. With twin one year olds and a three year old there was plenty of room for everyone. The location can’t be beat, there isn’t another property on the sand in Oceanside. I hope we can stay here again!

Beach getaway
We usually stay at North Coast Village once or twice a year but haven't been able to come out because of covid for awhile. Staying here at D15 was just what we needed! Beautiful remodeled unit! Clean and comfortable with everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation! Couldn't be any closer to the waves- in fact because of high tides they crashed over the backyard wall ! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the back and side yards of the property. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Beautiful condo in perfect location
This is our 4th time to this location and 3 rd time in this property. Conni is the new owner and she has done a remarkable job upgrading the entire place. The furnishings are all new and the kitchen is so much nicer with new appliances and dishes. She truly cares about your stay and was available and responsive for any need. She even called several days after our trip to check on my husband who had stepped on a stingray the last day we were there. I hope everyone that stays will take good care of the property. It’s an annual trip for us and we will definitely be back. Thank you Conni

On the Beach in Oceanside

Beauty on the Beach
Conni maintains an amazing property. It's location can't be beat right on the ocean, next to the sand. Each night we would go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and eake up each more to the sounds of the ocean. Conni has stocked the condo with everything you could need - zip lock bags, spices, cleaning supplies, many towels, and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Furniture is comfortable, beds are terrific, and outside, there are even two chaise lounges (I didn't see them anywhere else on property!). Thank you, Conni, for the wonderful week!

Perfect Beach Vacation
Gorgeous property and location. We loved the corner unit with views west and south. I also loved that we were located right on the beach without any cars driving in front (like many places on the Strand). The owner has made some upgrades from the photos we viewed and it was lovely. The unit was clean and bright and gave us a true beach vacation feel. The beds were very comfortable.

Great family location.
We have stayed at NCV dozens of times the past 10 years but never in this condo. This condo is our go back to spot from now on, we loved it! The new owner Connie is very nice and eager to help. The condo is equipt with new items and has all the extra amenities you wouldnt think to bring to help your stay be relaxing. Thanks Connie our families had the best vacation ever, see you next year.

Enjoyed sitting in the patio. We saw a whale right from our patio seats!!!
Many restaurants within walking distance. We never had to get back in the car until time to go home. North Coast Village is a great location with a lot of amenities. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Oceanside in March
We enjoyed the condo and it’s prime location.
Through no fault of the owner’s, the beach was torn up out front since they were dregging the harbor. Heavy equipment operated throughout the day off and on. The TV in the living room did not work the entire time even after the owner responded promptly by sending over a technician. No luck. The internet was down for 2 days. These 3 issues were frustrating, but I understand things happen.
The condo was well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect.

Outstanding location!
Enjoyed our stay very much. You can't beat the view. Liked being able to walk straight into the condo without stairs.
One small note--compared to a number of other units we have stayed in at this complex, this unit could use some updating and decorator touches.

Annual Retreat
We have rented this unit for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed! The location is ideal for going out and about O'side as it is between the O'side Harbor and the Pier, close to downton for all the activities. The sunsets are phenomenal from this location and surfing is fun! The owner and his assistant are responsive regarding any questions you may have. We highly recommend this unit and are looking forward to our visit next year!!

As advertised! This condo on the beach in Oceanside (a laidback California destination) is comfortable, clean and convenient. The owner is highly responsive and the property is beautifully maintained. Would love to visit again!

Gorgeous view but needs some updating
There isn’t enough that can be said about how awesome this location is. It’s right on the beach and at high tide the water is like 20’ away from your back porch. We loved it. That said, it has its issues and it’s in need of updating. For example, most of the windows are a little broken, the back sliding door screen came off a lot, only one standing fan worked, the outdoor furniture was missing cushions which made some of them impossible to lay down on and a couple were ripping at seams. It seems like lots of dishes and glasses have broken over the years and not been replaced so for 6 of us we had to do dishes after every meal, the beach gear was in rough shape. The good news is there’s a washer/dryer in the unit which is great and there were lots of towels. The unit comes with two parking spots which is unheard of at NCV. Like I said, the place can get away with a lot because of its spectacular view and beach access but for the premium price you pay, it feels like it should be in better shape.
