The location was great .
The breakfast was absolutely terrible, stale food and bad coffee !
There was a bleeping noise in the bathroom non stop and no chair in the bedroom .
At night there was a lot of noise outside on the terrace .
We never saw the English speaking manager .

"Simone, the man at the reception and who also prepared the breakfast was a very very kind and helpful person."
