Located in Cape Coral, this lovely house for $371 per night is a great choice for your next break. BRAND NEW!!! Built in 2021 and is ready to be booked!!! The whole home is yours! 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths AND a PRIVATE, HEATED , pool! Our “LUX” SUITE provides a “zero entry” walk-in shower, double sinks, spacious closet, a high end Pottery Barn king bed and memory foam mattress, walk out to the lanai, and even an extra sleeping spot for the littles that like to visit in the middle of the night. GUEST SUITE has a queen canopy bed that does not skimp on style. Large dresser for your vacation gear and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Private door to the Lanai and suite access to the full bath. GUEST ROOM3 is similar in style with its own queen canopy bed, closet, and nightstands to set your devices down for a charge or hold your morning coffee. GUEST ROOM4 can sleep 5 comfortably with our Full bunks + a twin trundle. Great for kids, or the adult couples getaway. We can keep it styled right out of the design magazine or throw on the Marvel and/or Frozen bedding for the kiddos. Third bath is just down the hall with access to the game room! Spacious LIVING ROOM with TALL ceiling and 65” Smart TV. Seats 8 or more, but pull up chairs from the dining and island to seat up to 17 comfortably! FULL KITCHEN is the heart of the home for enjoying time together! We like to cook a bit on vacation so you should have all the dishes, utensils, and appliances you need to host your group, but if something is missing let us know and we’ll try our best to take care of it! Oh and if you love coffee, we do too! Two types of coffee makers (Keurig & Grind and Brew) for those coffee snobs that need their whole beans ground! The LANAI offers great spaces to gather in the sun, enjoy the pool, and have a meal with a large group. The 12’ farm table can seat up to 16 for a large family meal!! LOUNGE areas can seat another 10! GRILL is BYOP (bring your own propane) The tank may be full when you arrive, but if not please refill and pay it forward for the next guest! Let’s be honest time in the sun is why you’re here! PRIVATE POOL with toys provided but use with care because they can pop easy. Have fun but be safe, no glass near or in the pool, and use the pool at your own risk! Pool temp is set to 80 degrees, if it’s a bit too chilly the pool can be heated for an extra $35 per day. (Charge will come after booking is confirmed) Nearest beach is Yacht Club PUBLIC Beach (depicted), which is only 6mi away. Sanibel and Captiva Island are about 45min away, and Fort Myers beach is about 30min. PLENTY of other beaches for days trips and exploring. If you’re in to water sports Cape Harbour is only 2.8mi from the home. Plenty of shops and restaurants there as well! For those who REMOTE WORK and play we’ve designed a quiet office spot to set up and get to work. Double monitor, Bluetooth keyboard & mouse, as well as docking stations can be rented for $50 per night (business expense) Don’t get too focused though, you’re on vacation! Kids & adults can enjoy the GAME ROOM pool table, comfy sofa, and Nintendo gaming system, which is in the 2 car stall of the garage. Kids need a space to play and parents need to have some peace and quiet. The game room gives that needed space but parents don’t be afraid to join in the fun! Open up the garage door while you play and enjoy the Southwest Florida breeze! (Careful with the pool table balls though, there are glass windows nearby) There is a LAUNDRY room with washer and dryer!! Don’t do too much though you’re on vacation! Please throw all towels in the laundry room before you check-out. Our cleaning staff thanks you! Make yourself at home and relax in style! We loved this house. Very clean and very nice. The pool was great for the kids, and the location was perfect in my opinion. Jordan made the stay even better with always quick responses, and when we needed help with something, it was taken care of with no problem. Perfect communication, really great job!

This home is amazing!! Jordan is the best host! Communication is great. The house was very clean. The pool is perfect! Beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. Loved the counter tops. Very open floor plan. Nice to have a bathroom that has a door to outdoor pool area. The house has such a well-planned layout. The big table is great for family meals around pool time! We loved our time there with our kids and grandkids. Beautiful home. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

I have been a VRBO guest for years, and Jordan has been (by far) the best host I ever worked with. Jordan made us feel like we were at home, he is so quick to respond to any questions and always ready to help any way he can, the communication always was extremely friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. About the house…I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is. Absolutely stunning! Walking in the door you are greeted with a massive kitchen/dining area so perfect it was like a magazine photo! Lots of kitchen items for making meals, newer appliances, big counter space and many cabinets. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses and so well decorated. The living room is big and full of places to sit comfortably to relax and watch TV. The laundry room was so convenient and the sink in there was a big plus. The pool was the highlight, beautiful and perfect temperature. There are so many seating options outside and inside to chill out. Everything was extremely clean, organized and beautiful which made it a very welcoming and comfortable stay! Just a minor note for future renters, the owner keeps the A/C controlled remotely at 74F and you will not be able to change the temperature. I would definitely recommend this home for a stay in Cape Coral. You will not regret it. This was a last minute rental when our original property that was booked in another state sold. We loved this one and thought the pool was an added feature. The pool was a bit bigger than expected but was the highlight of our stay! Plenty of room for eight of us to sleep and eat. We made use of the lanai for our dinners and board game playing on the evening. We did use the game room on the last night because a storm rolled in. Great communication with Jordan and he took care of whatever we needed as soon as possible. Highly recommend this property!

My family stayed here for a little over a week. The house is clean and spacious. The neighbor is quite but very close to gas/groceries and local businesses/restaurants. The pool was the highlight of our trip and where we spent most of our time. We had a small issues with the grill but the property management was quick to respond and send someone to help. Thank you for the warm welcome and sunshine!

Check in was perfect. Home automation for lights, music, pool, cameras. Beds were great. More pillows would be great. Extra space in garage for pool table and TV was a nice touch. I exceptionally clean. Host was easy to call and communicate via text. Rooms are huge- quiet spaces when you want to get away from others. Pool and grill were nice to use. There is a noise ordinance in place between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM I believe. We had four kids onsite and never had any complaints. Granted, we are not College “spring-breakers”. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Just down the road from local shops and Publix supermarket. Minutes from Fort Meyers beach and one hour to Sanibel beaches! We will be back at this house if it is available next year! I cannot overstate the attentiveness of the host! Outstanding!!

Property is exactly as advertised and perfect for our family vacation. In a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood. House is new, clean, and spacious. Pool and lanai are perfect way to spend days with family. Close to Ft. Myers area amenities and beaches. Check-in/out very easy and property manager responds quickly. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation!
