Our host met us at the property, explained everything clearly and gave us a quick tour, which was a lovely welcome.
This is a rather quirky property, with so much space a large kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, an outside room and a utility room. It is well furnished and, overall, very comfortable.
The location, however, is fantastic. It’s incredibly convenient for the train station and for getting into the old town, with so many places and amenities easily accessible from the property.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, particularly for its fantastic location and the amount of space it offers.
The only real issue for us was the bed. Although it was comfortable, it was very squeaky every time I rolled over or turned during the night, which did disturb our sleep. I don’t want to sound overly negative, but I do feel the bed really needs replacing. A few other pieces of furniture are also looking a little tired and could probably do with being updated.

Very conveniently located, the house has everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, laundry room, basically you feel like you are in your own house, which was very comfortable for us with two small children. Then we could enjoy lovely Monopoli old town within walking distance. The staff was also amazing and easy to talk to. I highly recommend.

Very friendly and kind host. Quick response to enquiries and very flexible in accommodating our schedule changes.
It was great that we could borrow beach towels. Also having an iron and washing machine available was really convenient.
Good location—close to both transport (station/bus stop) and the old town.
The hairdryer was a bit weak.
Luggage storage before/after check-in isn’t always guaranteed (depends on availabilities of the apartment and the host).
