We comfortably stayed at Casa Vitti for 5 nights. Conveniently located between the train station and the popular restaurants/beaches in the centre of town. The kitchen had thoughtful inclusions, all the pots/pans/utensils we needed and all the appliances were new. The washing machine was handy for our stay. I’d recommend using the dehumidifier in the front bedroom.
Internal courtyard was unusable as the apartment upstairs had their A/C running constantly and it was leaking onto the area - with minimal air flow, this wetness made the courtyard smell horrible. The shower pressure was minimal and it was hard to maintain a good temperature, the remainder of the bathroom was great.

Location - not in the middle of noisy and narrow old city center, but few minites away. With gsrocery store, bakery and few good restaurants around. Parking a car was not a problem. Clean facility. Big rooms with plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. The place is good if you are planning long stay exploring city and region and need some place for refreshment and sleep.
Practically you are in a basement level of a residential building. You have a terrace at the other end of appartment, but it is bellow the balconies of several floors above and in the middle of an inner yard of few buildings. All outdoor units of airconditioning units are trowing heat there and in practice the terrace is unusable.

L'appartamento è molto carino e ben arredato
Molto umido, contattati i gestori hanno modificato da remoto le impostazioni del condizionatore per mogliorare la situazione. L'inconveniente è che anche per modificare la temperatura di un grado devi contattare loro (di notte ti attacchi). Troppo scomodo per un soggiorno di 5 giorni.
