Nestled on a quiet, protected bay with gentle waters and stunning mountain views, this is the ideal destination for families, friends, and groups looking to experience everything North Idaho has to offer.
Just steps from the water, you'll enjoy direct access to approximately 120 feet of lake frontage, a semi-private dock, a grassy lakeside area, and a fire pit perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. The home's two expansive, stacked decks provide breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or simply unwinding while taking in the scenery.
For boating enthusiasts, the home is located just blocks from the Kidd Island Bay boat launch and includes one boat slip plus an additional side-tie space for another boat or personal watercraft. The calm waters of the bay are ideal for kayaking and paddle boarding, and we provide four kayaks, two paddle boards for guests to enjoy. When you're ready to explore, the larger part of the lake is just around the corner. You can even quickly cruise to downtown Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort to enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests and features a beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, a gas range, wine refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd.
We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible by providing many of the everyday essentials you may need, including spices, cooking oils, coffee supplies, storage bags, cookware, bakeware, and more.
When you're not enjoying the lake, relax by the fire pit, challenge family and friends in the game room, or gather on the deck to enjoy the views.

One of the things we love most about this property is its peaceful setting. Kidd Island Bay offers calm water, minimal boat traffic, excellent fishing, and abundant wildlife. It's common to spot deer and other wildlife along the shoreline while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening sunset.

Trash Service
Like many lake properties in the area, the home does not have curbside garbage service. We provide garbage bags for your stay. Guests are asked to dispose of trash at the nearby transfer station located a few miles down Kidd Island Road, conveniently on the route into town.
Seasonal Water Levels
Lake Coeur d'Alene water levels are typically at summer pool from approximately May 15 through September 15. During this period, the dock and boat slip are fully accessible for most boats. Outside of these dates, water levels recede and boating access may be limited. Kayaking and shoreline recreation generally remain available year-round.

Some things that need addressed1the exhaust fan above stove kept going off. It needed to be cleaned. The shower curtains had mold on them and needed washed The mattresses needed a up grade even though a topper was put on them. The bunk in queen room just needed the screws tightened. The hot water heater needed to be turned down as with 10 of us we could only take 5 10 min.showers before no hot water The internet very inconsistentThe best things the kitchen itself so completely stocked with what I may have in my own home. Very spacious kitchen with large island 2 refrigerators and a long table for everyone. Plenty of linens and blankets to cuddle with for everyone. We took advantage of the kayaks we used 4 and the life jackets were in good shape. There was a cooler fishing gear and outdoor games. It was like we all went to a family cabin that had been in family for years. The game room kept my oldest 2 grandsons ages 18 and 21 busy and off there phones. The adults we got to relax, get caught up on each others lives We felt safe and the neighbors were wonderful. We rented a pontoon boat for 6 hrs for 500. Very reasonable. We all fit nicely Went to silverwood theme park not overcrowded like a six flags would be. Very reasonably priced We went to downtown for a day walked and shopped There is a beautiful park for kids of all ages to play We would love to return to this property We were entertained ,ate good food, and found the environment very welcoming.
