Situated in Indian Wells, this attractive villa for $624 per night is a great choice for your next break. License #259938 Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2 bath, single story villa with 2 car garage parking, 2 King-bed Suites on opposite sides of the 1307 sq. foot villa and a Queen Sleeper/Sofa in living room, 2 gas fireplaces, flat screen 4K HD Smart TVs, wireless Internet, gorgeous pools and a view of the sunset over the Santa Rosa Mountains. Your well-behaved dog is welcome here! This beautiful villa contains all the amenities of home, plus some! Try out the Casper Cal King Mattresses in the bedrooms! We also have Nest Thermostats that are fun and easy to use. The high-efficiency washer and dryer are brand new. You’ll enjoy the kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher and gas range/convection oven. Here you’ll find all the pots, pans and dishes you’ll need as well as small appliances. The Keurig is waiting for you with some coffee pods to get you started! If Keurig isn’t your thing, we have a drip coffeemaker and a burr grinder too. The door locks are keypad entry so there’s no need to keep track of a key. A Ring doorbell camera is also installed outdoors, next to the main front door. We use this to know when our cleaning crew is on premises and for general security purposes. There are 3 new large “smart” TV's in the living room, and both bedrooms, so bring your streaming app logins. All TV’s also have expanded cable, including HBO. There is a large patio just off the living room with patio furniture and an electric (fire code required, but we think you’ll like it) BBQ. Legacy Villas is a beautiful, pet-friendly, property with citrus trees, fountains, and flowered walkways. There are 12 pools and 11 spas within the community. You’ll see kids on bikes, golf carts toting gear to the pool, bunnies and birds. Around the perimeter of the property is a walking trail. 24/7 security at the entry gate makes this an idyllic paradise! The main pool and clubhouse is just a short walk from this property. The main pool area has a kids’ pool with “beach” and fun squirting animals. There is another large pool next to it and cabanas for your lounging pleasure. Just beyond, you’ll find the hammock garden, an outdoor gas fireplace which is perfect for evening gatherings, adult lap pool and outdoor gas BBQs. All of this is anchored by the clubhouse which has a large indoor gym, community gathering space and The Legacy Grille, which offers yummy seasonal food service. Centrally located to many events, Legacy Villas is the place to stay! Enjoy the famous historic La Quinta Resort next door, with restaurants and shops. Impeccable property nestled against the mountains; nice walking trail along the perimeter of the homes against the mountains; great architectural style of buildings with alot of detail, and charm. Nice large community and lap pool; hammocks, and then the individual pools and jacuzzis shared by a smaller group of units. Our place was cozy, nicely decorated, clean, private and with great mountain views. The single floor plan was great too. This was my second stay at the Legacy and would stay again!

The condo was perfect for 2 families with each bedroom having it's own bathroom on each side of the condo. The condo was very nicely decorated and well cared for. Lots of items we needed were there in the kitchen too. The area was perfect and close to everything! Loved it all and plan to return! The hosts are wonderful to work with...

My daughter competes in a horse shows and we are always grateful for a place to relax and restore in the midst of a competitive and often stressful show environment. The home was clean, just as advertised and the beds were very comfortable. Rose champagne was left chilled with a welcome note which was such a thoughtful touch. The laundry is important as the riding clothes need to be washed and they had regular and perfume free options for pods. We would definitely choose this location for a future stay.

We loved the unit!! It was so well supplied and organized and clean!! It had everything we needed. The owners were so communicative and accommodating. The pool was right outside which made it very convenient. We would definitely want to stay there again if they would have us.

Have been to legacy many times. Legacy is very nice (the grounds) but the units are starting to get dated inside. Fine for us, we loved bringing our pet and boys don’t care about the interior. We spent most of our time outside or in the area.
First time at this particular property. Great location, clean. The pool was dirty (sandstorm) and the jacuzzi nearby not working (bummer)…this is not the fault of the owners but put a damper on the time spent there.
Having a garage is great and if you cook they are well stocked! They even left champagne for us! We would rent her again! Ty

Can’t say enough about Don - the owner of this property. Communication was amazing before/during our stay and at check-out. I’ve never dealt with a short term rental owner who seemed to actually love hosting guests. He gets it - from the communication to all of the details inside the unit that not all owners think of. Even if the property wasn’t perfect we would stay there again & again just to be able to have the same experience with him.
As far as the property, it was perfect for 2 couples. This townhome was super clean with a great layout, everything you need from small appliances, pots/pans, coffee/tea, plenty of towels, etc.). One of the community pools is right outside the back doors which is very convenient. The gated/guarded community also gave us comfort we were in a safe environment. We will definitely be back.

This property was super clean and quiet and cozy. Close to golf and shopping and really well stocked. Don and Kathy were the ultimate gracious hosts. They responded immediately to any questions and provided a great getaway and vacation experience .

The property was immaculately clean and easily accessible. Loved the privacy of the location and proximity to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking in. It was great to have a BBQ grill. Overall fantastic accommodation!

This is an extraordinary property, very spacious, comfortable and functional. It has two separate bedrooms with baths, a central family room with functional and exceptionally equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are also very efficient and placed in a closet that does not interfere with the rest of the space. Each bedroom also has a small but convenient back porch for outdoor dining (infrared outdoor BBQ included).
There is also an attached 2-car garage with 2 bikes and helmets, for convenience.
A heated swimming pool is next to the property. Plenty of pool towels are also provided.
One small but monumentally important detail is that the owners provided multiple extension cords around the property, so we could plug and charge you e-gadgets without fighting or searching for an empty socket.
To summarize, the owners made everything possible to make our stay comfortable, relaxing and worry free.
On top of the above, we were allowed to bring our dog with us; the whole Villa complex is dog friendly as well with plenty of walking opportunities (on a leash). Our dog indeed enjoy the stay. There are also several excellent dog parks in the area as well as a plenty of dog-friendly hiking trails.
We will certainly consider to come back in the future.

We had a short but great stay at this property. Everything was clean and the unit was well stocked with all you would need in a kitchen for cooking. The entire property is clean and well maintained. We plan to go back sometime in the future.

A lovely property in a lovely location. Peaceful but modern with everything you’d need or want. Wonderful space with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms on far sides of home and two patios with grass areas, conveniently steps from the pool. Nice to park in roomy garage and easy in and out of the complex. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in a several VRBO homes before, but this was definitely one of the best! This villa had everything you could need for a great stay. It was so well-stocked with EVERYTHING....kitchen supplies, 3 smart TV's, DVD players with movies, games, bicycles, toiletries, pool towels.... even a "welcome" bottle of champagne! Don & Kathy were quick to respond and kind enough to make sure their guests feel welcome. It was a nice plus having a pool right out the back door, and there are several other pools close by as well. Perfect hosts, perfect home for a PERFECT getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and our family had a fantastic time again. This is a wonderful property and very well maintained. Having the pool right behind the back door is a major bonus for this property. Very quiet and relaxing location. Don and Kathy are great property owners and respond very quickly to any questions. Peaceful desert stay
We had a great time in this gated-community house in La Quinta thanks to the owners’ constant communication, welcome gift, clean, well-equipped house and thorough instructions. We were walking steps to the pool and jacuzzi. There was a two-car garage, a BBQ pit, Keurig coffee maker, and two patio areas. The house is so large two families could easily stay together, it sleeps 6 comfortably. We will definitely stay here again.

Exceded Expectations
The property exceded our expectations on all levels! It was clean and well kept w/ all supplies and amenities provided for our stay. Everything was very convenient and easy from the satellite pool right outside the back patio to the short walk to the main pool and clubhouse. Communication w/ Dan & Kathy was very timely and not all that necessary because of the overall condition of their property at The Legacy. We would highly recommend and hope to return for another visit.

We had a great stay at the Villas. The property was clean, great location, near the pool, garage parking, beautiful views of the mountains and easy to check in and out. The unit had everything you would need. The welcome basket was a great touch. We will be back as soon as possible.

The hosts are beyond thoughtful and very welcoming. Pre-arrival they are very responsive to ensure all questions are answered. From the minute you walk in, you know they put a lot of thought and effort in making sure the guest is comfortable. Everything you could possibly need and MORE. I felt like I was visiting a friends house and was so welcoming. You could feel the amount of work that went into this place and I certainly appreciate it!!
