Wonderful communication with the host, excellent location, comfortable room and bathroom. Super fast wifi. Air conditioner, easy self check in and check out.
No soundproofing, you can hear the people laughing and screaming next door.

The location was almost perfect. 10 min walk to Teatro Massimo, Grocery store and food market are close. Connection to the airport and Palermo Centrale station is quite good, as Palermo Lolli train station is 10 min on foot.
There were 3 of us in the room with only 1 chair and 1 small desk.

Very clean and photos were exactly what we got. Very nice owner. Picked us up from the airport for a good price compared to uber.
Toilet seat was broken but not a big deal at all. The lid was just held up with tape.

The location was good, there was breakfast every day, though, I can not comment as I don't tend to have breakfast early. The staff was really friendly, he came to pick me up from the bus stop as my flight was delayed and I cam passed the check-in time. He was very easy going and flexible. Thank you for this!!
It is a bit noisy during the morning when everyone has breakfast. So if you need to sleep in, you might wake up.
