Close to the aqua park, the main pedestrian area and a lot of cafes and restaurants. Comfortable rooms with very good A/C during the hot days

Beautiful location, great breakfast and food in general. I booked this place because of that romantic historic old world charm and it was truly charming in person as well. It had black and white pictures of ancestors on the restaurant walls. I thought that was nice. The location is excellent on the edge of the park. There is an excellent coffee place literally steps away from the villa (Cafeteria). It's close to everything because it's so central. The staff was really amazing at the villa, went above and beyond to accommodate with any request. The bed was big (king size I think) and comfortable which is a rarity. Clean, fresh smelling linen and towels. It's a small boutique hotel but had many of the amenities of a big chain you might be used to (toiletries, daily housekeeping, complimentary water, blackout curtains, safe). The fact that there is a restaurant downstairs is just so convenient. Perfect spot to work or read in the many different sections of the restaurant and patio. Also, they have a book shelf where you can probably find something you like. I needed to work and they were nice enough to provide a good wifi.

the place - near a beautiful park;
the food in the restaurant - delicious;
minimalistic but comfortable rooms;
and beyond all - attitude to the visitors - very attentive, customer-oriented personnel that makes you feel really welcome!
Serbia doesn’t seem to follow “no smoking inside” signs seriously ;( - so if you are a non-smoker, it might be difficult to find a place with clean air inside a cafe/restaurant
