1) location is just near to Venice Mestre stop
2) 17 mins walk to lidl
3) enough utensils and immediate kitchen needs in the kitchen

Great location, clean room with private bathroom, friendly staff, easy to find, great value for money, comfy clean bed and towels.
Some of the equipment broken, but that didn't bother us much. We didn't travel all the way to stay at the hotel :)

it was very close to the main road
I didn't like only one thing and I think it's very important: there was no bathroom in the room, but there was a bathroom for everyone.

Closed to train station and bus for going to Venice
Building stairs were slightly moving the whole building.
We had noisy people close to our room
