The room was massive with good lighting, very good AC, WiFi super good and very simple to get on. There is a shared kitchen that gets very nice morning light, and everything is functional. Kitchen does not have a stove but has microwave, coffee machine, hot water machine. Little balcony. A feature I really liked is that there are two bathrooms: one with a shower, toilet, sink, and then a separate one with just toilet and sink. This is very nice, as the bathrooms are shared, so you can still wash up or use the other if another guest is showering. The reviews complaining about this location must not have read the description: you are informed that you will be sharing a bathroom and a kitchen in the listing. The woman who greeted us was right there and we had no issues with entry (one note, though: Cozy Stay and Happy Stay are the same thing, so you can hit the intercom for Happy stay on keypad B when you get to the building). There seem to be two other rooms, and when we were there it was only other younger people and everyone was very nice and courteous. Your room locks, so your things are secure, and the Happy Stay front door also locks automatically when you leave. We had no issues and were able to stay in Venice old town all day. The 2 bus literally stops outside your door and runs straight to the town center about 15 minutes and runs at least till midnight, and when we first arrived, it’s also immediately across the street from the station which is super convenient. A big positive of this place is its location. I also think it’s very good return for the price—you get a large room, windows, in-room AC unit, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, and direct transport options into the city for about the cheapest price on the market. BACKPACKERS, Note: if you are finishing the Alta Via 1 and taking the bus to Belluno and train through to Venice, this is THE place to stay! You have all of your stuff and j hiked out; take the train Belluno to Venice Mestre and it’s RIGHT there.

Creaky floor in our room only; did not bother us. Other rooms are not wood floor so do not have that. Kitchen w fridge/freezer, microwave coffee machine hot water and sink, but there is no stove. (Another plus for backpackers: we had our stoves and so were able to cook)

L'emplacement était idéal, tout juste en face de la gare et tout prêt de la station autobus, donc très facile pour se rendre à Venise. La communication avec les responsables de la propriété a été très bonne au début du séjour.

Propreté, j'ai moi-même dû enlever des gros montants de cheveux qui bloquaient le drain de la douche. Les planchers ne sont pas très propres. Un des autres locataires est allé fumer sur le petit balcon, mais sans fermer les portes, l'apartement s'est très rapidement rempli de fumée de cigarettes, donc intolérable... Un autre locataire a laissé un dégât important d'eau lorsqu'il a pris sa douche.
