I only stayed here for one night while travelling through Italy and chose it mainly because of the location right next to the train station and the reasonable price. I wasn't expecting too much given it was just a short stopover so I was pleasantly surprised by the room.
The double bed was comfortable, the shower was reasonable and the room also had a balcony, which actually had a good amount of privacy. Despite being so close to the station I didn't hear any noise during my stay which was a nice surprise. The air conditioning also worked well and was clean.
The room had a kettle and mug, although it was quite basic and there weren't any teaspoons or other items provided. For a one night stay this wasn't a major issue but it's worth being aware of if you are expecting more facilities.
I ended up having breakfast at the café opposite, which was lovely. Although this accommodation isn't actually in Venice itself, there were still a good number of restaurants and cafés nearby, so there were plenty of options for food.
The only thing I found difficult was finding the accommodation when I arrived. The property is inside a residential apartment block rather than having an obvious hotel entrance. The host had actually been messaging me asking me to meet him outside but I hadn't seen the message at the time so this was my own fault. I would definitely recommend updating your arrival time on the Booking.com app and keeping an eye on your messages so the host can arrange to meet you and let you in.

Location top a due passi dalla stazione di Mestre, camera comoda e curata, ci hanno offerto anche varie bottigliette d’acqua. Finestre insonorizzate quindi nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione non è udibile il rumore del treno. Ragazzo alla reception gentilissimo
Per il costo mi sarei aspettata un servizio più qualità e una attenzione ulteriore alla pulizia. Sarebbe stato carino se ci fossero stati l’illuminazione e un tavolino con delle sedie sul balcone. A differenza delle finestre, le porte non sono insonorizzate quindi dalle 7 del mattino si sono sentiti rumori provenienti dall’interno

Right by the mestre train and bus station so very easy to get to and from airport and Venice old town. Many food options around as well. The staff was really helpful, there was some miscommunication regarding leaving our luggage at the hotel for a week while we visited Dolomites but the staff helped us store in the train station locker for safety reasons. Very kind of him

Once you’re in the room, it’s OK. It’s small and not half as good looking as those pictures however it’s clean for a quick night over.
The problem with this property is the location, it’s that a bus station and that’s very scary. There is train noise all night until midnight and people wandering around there’s no way for you to know that you are at a hotel..
