The location was ideal. On the Main Street right next to the cathedral. Walk downstairs for coffee or and the day with a drink.
The pictures make the place seem narrow and small but it is much bigger than the pictures show.

Spacious, exceptionally clean, brilliant location, kitchen facilities including a washing machine, stunning windows outlooking a beautiful street. Staff are very responsive if you need help.

Location: couldn’t be better for our 4-nights in Seville. 20 meters to the Cathedral, on a very lively pedestrian street.
Nice apartment: good size, very clean, high-ceiling, marble-tile floors, separate living room and bedroom, well-equipped kitchen. Street noise wasn’t a problem. Even with Seville temperatures in the 95+ degrees the apartment was cool - we barely turned on the 3 separate AC units (all working well). No elevator, though no problem for us walking up one floor.
Value: great value, compared to similar properties.
We’ll definitely stay there on our next trip to this beautiful city.
Strange that such a good apartment didn’t have any of the basic consumables, like coffee (there’s a Krups machine), tea or a bottle of water. I’ve never seen this in any hotel or apartment I stayed.
Communication with owners including check-in/out was via WhatsApp. We had no problems, but I can understand the frustration of other reviewers who arrived without direct communication and couldn’t get in. We could have used better guidance from owners, driving straight to our parking garage instead of driving by the apartment first to drop our luggage. We used the Mercado de Arenal garage (10 min walk), which we recommend.

We loved being in the centre of Old Town.
We would have loved to have a few coffee pods to start our morning.
