The layout of the room was amazing with lovely views and was a quiet location
The amenities were a bit outdated and had a weird smell on arrival. The bath tub didn’t seem usable and was unsafe with the step

Gallery Walk Chalets was in a very convenient position and quite private. The chalet was large with a kitchenette, lounge area, bedroom all in an open space. The bathroom was a good size. Parking was well off the street next to the accom.
Our chalet was romantic, though the electric fireplace did not work, and some small details need maintenance. Externally, they do look a bit old and tired.

Amazing location, right on Gallery Walk but set far back enough to be peaceful. Beautiful surrounds and the layout of the chalets gives good privacy. Soft, comfortable bed and the interior of the chalet is quite pretty, although the bathroom is quite dated. Detailed information book provided and wifi worked well.
Towels and shower wall both had the same ingrained browny/yellow stains... The bathroom walls do not go all the way up to the roof, so toilet trips are audible throughout the chalet. Couch was not overly comfortable and there was only one thin blanket provided in the chalet in addition to the regular bedding (although more can be requested during business hours).

Perfect location, super easy check in.
The property has the potential to be amazing, but it just very obviously lacks love and commitment. Gardens are let go, with tools and wheelbarrow left to be overgrown by the garden. The chalet was really thrown together and didn’t make sense. Our hearing didn’t work properly and I was told someone would get back to me, but they didn’t.
