I will try to write this reference all in facts.
1. The owner is a really nice guy (Only 🇫🇷 speaking)
2. The apartment is well located.
3. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.
4. Air condition is working properly.
5. There are two parking spots.
6. The price for September was almost double less than any other apartment in this area.
7. Everything was clean.
8. The beds are comfortable.
Now I will explain why I rated it seven.
1. Upon arrival the owner told me that the upper bed was not prepared because the air condition is not working. I agree on that because we are a family and it was not the problem for us to sleep in same beds. Even though a mother and a daughter would prefer that each of them have their own bed.
2. Communication was very hard since the owner is using Google translate for every sentence and you should remember all of these rules..
3. There are definitely too many rules. I will try to put some in photos.
4. One of the rules said that we need to shower towards the wall so that water don’t go out.. as I tried to do that, the water went out from the shower completely which I notified the owner and I took the tool from him and cleaned the part for where water is entering and found there are a lot of hair and a lot of sand. That was a really bad experience at the beginning..
I will add here that the owner is in a wheelchair because he hurted his legs and and he probably couldn’t go there by himself to check it out, but this is a basic thing that needs to work.
5. There is a €500 deposit.. that was the first time for me that anybody was on booking asks for cash deposit. I didn’t feel comfortable with that and also I haven’t read before when I was doing the reservation. If I had, I would not book it even though the money was given us back when we left the apartment and the cleaning lady checked out if everything is okay. That’s just not nice feeling.
I would like to say this directly to the owner because he reads all the reviews, as he should, what I wrote you here is just the thing that could be done better. It’s nothing to try to insult you or make you feel bad..
please consider that people are coming there to have a vacation and making so many rules about everything, even though I could understand why you do it and many people are not respecting other peoples homes, but you need to lower it down a bit.

Esperaba mas, pero estaba limpio
Pasamos frio. No pudimos poner la calefacción pues no nos dijeron que había que activar un diferencial. Hay una cama junto la puerta de entrada y un WC muy extraño en el altillo. En la parte superior, encima de una de las camas había una rejilla que entraba aire. Son 184€ por una noche 6 personas. Caro para lo pequeño que es, pero mas caro es tener que dejar un depósito en metálico de 500€, como si fuésemos a romper todo el mobiliario! El apartamento estaba limpio, pero íbamos sugestionados. El anfitrión estaba recién operado y nos hizo entrar en su apartamento, junto al que alquila, para los tramites. Olía muchísimo a tabaco, a cerrado y a humedad.
