Located in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $195 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. OFF-SEASON 20% DISCOUNT ON STAYS 7 NIGHTS OR MORE IN OCT - DEC 2023 and JAN - APR 2024. Plan your visit around some of OCNJ many events - https://oceancityvacation.com/news-events/calendar-events.html?limit=15 Located in the Central district, you’ll have access to boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes and of course the heart of the boardwalk, beach and seaside treats. Just park your car and “forget about it” because everything is so close by. This second-floor condo sleeps 10 and features an open floor plan living/dining/kitchen. A few amenities to mention include a shared elevator with level interior (no steps to navigate), garage and reserved parking spot, outdoor shower, and large covered front deck with love seat and four chairs. All three bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TV’s with Xfinity HD included. Wi-Fi Internet access is included allowing you to stay connected while on vacation (no working allowed!). Playland Castaway Cove is close enough to walk to with the children and with the beach so close it will be easy and fast to come home for naps, snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. and not miss a moment of the fun. Other Amenities: * Master bedroom with King bed, second bedroom with a Queen bed, and third bedroom has bunkbeds single over double with a trundle (hide a bed) * Sofa with a double size pull-out bed and loveseat in the great room * Dining room seats 6, Kitchen island has two barstools, Keurig coffee makers, blender and stocked with kitchenware and utensils. * One car garage and one car off street parking included * Elevator we share with the third floor * Large front porch has a love seat and 4 chairs * Pet friendly * Central air/ heat * Wi-Fi * Outside Shower NOTE: **Linens and toiletries are not included. Towels and linens can be provided with pre-arrangement and at an additional fee from local concierge businesses. Ask us for details. **No smoking. Rentals are to adults over twenty-four (24) only. No proms or graduation groups - no exceptions.

We enjoyed this condo for a long weekend. It was close to everything and the fireplace was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great for us, a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk - fireplace was perfect for chilly day. Great communication with owner. There were 3 of us and it was just the right size - the only thing I might suggest to owner is to put some extra blankets in the closets, beds have only a light bedspread and it was a bit chilly! Otherwise, perfect - thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Enjoyed the property for our 2nd season, will book again next season. The front balcony is very large and so fun to sit out there. The elevator was such a plus for the handicap.

We have been to OC before and the first time not going through a realtor. The check in and check out were much easier. We loved that the property came with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella and beach tags. We also loved that we could bring our dog. Owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will stay here again!

The property is in a nice location, about an 8 minute walk to the boardwalk. Has a cart, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrella to use. The beds were comfortable, there’s a protector on them also. They had children’s books there, which made bedtime easy! Honestly having a washer and dryer, saved me the hassle coming home with dirty laundry. The porch was beautiful, you can see the sunset for awhile from the view.

The location and accommodation were just right! Loved that everything is in walking distance. 3 beds and 2 baths and a kitchen that had everything we needed. King mattress could use a upgrade but so cute, clean and well appointed. Thanks! Family wants to come back every year! Win!

Overall this was a decent property. I love the open floor plan. It was a huge plus for traveling with young children. You can walk to the beach, it is several blocks away, but it’s a great spot on the boardwalk where you enter. The off-street parking is great. You can tell the property is a rental and a little beat up over time. I wish sheets and towels were provided with the rental. Having to bring your own or rent them was a huge inconvenience when you already have so much to bring on vacation.

The property was spotless and perfect for our group. My husband and I stayed with my parents and the elevator was a huge bonus for transporting our luggage and essentials plus two elderly individuals.
The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could imagine to cook a meal. The dishwasher also made clean up a breeze.
The fireplace was very cozy and helped with providing some extra heat to the living area. HUGE porch/balcony as well which I am sure is a big hit in the summertime!
Unit was well stocked with paper towels, TP and trashbags. The rooms all had pillows and comforters. We brought our own sheets and towels from home.
No issues at all, thanks for a lovely stay!

Booking was a breeze and Bryan was great to work with. Condo was as advertised - clean and well-supplied in both the kitchen and laundry room. We didn’t use the elevator but it’s nice that it’s there for folks who find stairs difficult. We enjoyed sitting out on the large front deck. This is a great location walkable to the boardwalk/ocean and right around the corner from Asbury Ave. with its many shops and restaurants. Very nice and relaxing stay!!

Bryan was wonderful to work with and very accommodating allowing us flexibility to stay a night earlier. The place was spacious and comfortable, an easy walk to the beach and all shopping. It was wonderful to bring our dog who very much enjoyed the large balcony.

Perfectly located and plenty of room for everyone. My daughter is in a wheelchair and having an elevator makes everything much easier. Can easily walk to boardwalk and Asbury. Will definitely rent again.
