It was pretty clean and with a descents We booked three apartments in total, two with two bedrooms and one for a couple. Overall, the apartments were clean and comfortable, and the location was very good and convenient. Considering the price, I think it offers good value for money.
The main issue for us was that there is no reception or staff member on site to welcome guests. We had some difficulties receiving and understanding the access codes when we arrived, and having someone available would have made the check-in much easier.
There is also no free parking, which was quite inconvenient. We were offered parking for around €14 per day, if I remember correctly.
The biggest issue, however, was the heat. It was extremely hot during our stay and the fans were simply not enough. Additional fans were installed in our rooms during the week, which definitely helped and was appreciated, but without air conditioning it was still quite difficult. In my apartment, the kitchen window was also locked and could not be opened, so there was very little ventilation in that area.

Easy to get luggage in and out with wide stairs and hallways.
Bedding is nice and was clean and comfortable.
Their site says parking is available but no mention of there being a charge to park. Staff was very unhelpful in clarifying this after the fact and said they could make suggestions on where to park, but never did. The hallway carpet was filthy as was one wall by the kitchen table. Shower slide does not stay up so that needs to be fixed.

The appartment had plenty of room and had loads of sunlight. The shower was okay.
The appartment was clean but not super clean, you could see the spots they missed. The combi-oven did not work and the smell of smoke was imbedded into the bathroom. One of the table legs was not secured meaning we had a wonkey table. When checking in the key cards did not work and while calling we got an ai assistend, who got us in with a code.
