Beautiful room - lovely decor and bathroom. Very clean and modern comfortable beds. We had a large terrace that was a lovely space to sit in the evening - was too hot to lie out in the day when we were there. Not far to walk into the town and the old town.
Only can message reception on WhatsApp. I messaged 3 times to ask about transfers from Brindisi airport and they never replied.

The staff was very friendly and willing to solve every inconvenience we had during our stay.
The property is very nice and modern but in my opinion, still not finished. We booked a family room, they told us that we had an “upgrade” with continental breakfast included for free. The upgrade was in another building with a much smaller room and the breakfast was non existent. They managed to get two rooms for the inconvenience but it wasn’t what we had booked.
When we arrived the room was boiling and air conditioning did not work. Eventually they solved it. Fridge did not work. Bathroom sink started to leak a blue liquid.
