The actual hotel was 5 stars. Wonderful and great location. But the communication was really poor - 2 stars. When you had been travelling all morning and arrive stranded on the road trying to get in. It is not ideal. The pre arrival communication needs to be better. Send one email for one booking and ask for everything to be completed so have codes before arriving.

Lovely place to stay in Lecce we had the room with the patio which had comfortable furniture and was a good outdoor space. The room had essential amenities that we needed and it was cleaned daily. About a 15 minute walk into the centre.

Room was very clean and comfortable and the area is quiet.
It was within easy walking distance to restaurants and all the main sites including the old town.

Area was beautiful, the room was very spacious, love the huge shower and bedroom ceiling. Air conditioner was a dream in this Hot weather. The bed was nice and cozy. The room smelled heavenly when I first walked in. It was very close to all my needs. Very walkable. And the people in area were warm and friendly. Will definitely come back.
