Located in Mexico Beach, this lovely condo for $290 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Located at The Club 1302 Hwy 98, Unit 3D, Mexico Beach, FL 32456. Sleeps 8. This is a completely renovated 3/2, 1500 sf condo with a beautiful beachfront view located right across the street from the beach and it’s only a one minute walk to get to the beautiful white sand! Bedrooms include 1 king and 2 queen beds. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa. The complex has a private pool and hot tub. The unit has a washer/dryer and dishwasher and we include complimentary laundry and dishwasher pods to get you started as well as some toiletries. We have 4 comfortable adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the balcony overlooking the ocean. Enjoy local dining or prepare your own meals in our fully stocked kitchen or grill out in the common area while enjoying the outdoors from the picnic tables. Kitchen items include a coffee grinder and 12 cup coffee maker. Chair and umbrella rentals in the area. TV’s in the living room, master and one of the extra bedrooms.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, well furnished and clean with a beautiful view. You do have to cross a street to get to the beach, but it was never difficult at all to do. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

It was a lovely condo with good view of beach! Loved sitting on deck to drink our coffee and evening s to wind down! Our grandchildren loved the stay! Fun times at beach, digging in sand, paddleboarding and riding waves. Surf fishing was fun too! We love Mexico Beach!

This condo is beautiful and the location is great! Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Only a few steps to the walkway to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this vacation rental! A few things people may like to know that I think are important when choosing a place to stay. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of space to relax. The kitchen and kitchen island are spacious with plenty of space not to mention the large dining table. TVs in every room. Washer and dryer came in handy. Make sure you check out the Piggly Wiggly in St Joe. We enjoyed getting seafood from shell shack. They will steam it with flavors you choose. The restaurants are busy so I suggest you go early. Very nice and relaxing vacation. We will definitely go back and hope Lisa’s fabulous condo is available for our next trip to Mex Beach!

The property was amazing! My wife and her niece kept raving about how nice the kitchen and island were. My wife wants a kitchen like that with a large island. The purpose of the trip was to spend time with family and reconnect. It went very well.

We had the best time at this beautiful condo. It was in immaculate shape, stocked perfectly for us. The owner had great communication and tips. The location is perfect! We are looking at our calendar to book again in the next few months! This will definitely be our go to spot!

This place is great for families looking for a quiet vacation. Not a lot of traffic and beaches were not packed. The Condo was very clean and had a very nice kitchen where we could cook.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lisa was always quick to reply with any questions I had. There are carts and an elevator to bring luggage in and out to the parking garage and a short walk across the road to the beach. You will need to bring your own beach towels and chairs. Chef Ian Williams of Your Table Your Chef prepared dinner for us one evening and the kitchen has a large island area for him to work his magic!!

An absolutely beautiful, wonderfully decorated, clean, 3 bedroom condo with a great view of the white sandy beach. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances and a unique barn door pantry. Plenty of comfortable seating at both the kitchen island and dining table. The elevator and push carts came in very handy moving luggage and groceries in and out. The short walk from the elevator to the beach was easy with the nice boardwalk over the dunes. Crossing the 2 lane road was never a problem or concern. A pool and hot tub is available on the 2nd level of the building, although we didn't use it as was chilly during our stay. We brought most all of our food and drinks with us but decided to buy fresh shrimp at the Shell Shack (3800 US 98) close by. We also stopped by the Mexico Beach grocery and wine & Spirits (625 15th st) for some forgotten items for dinner. Very unique places both, with friendly employees. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing 3 nights at this property and will most likely book again in the future.

My entire family (3 children, spouse and parents) enjoyed this condo. Mexico Beach is so much calmer than Panama City Beach and it was so nice not to have to deal with the crowds and traffic of Panama City Beach. It is nicely decorated and you can tell that it has been newly renovated; it's in excellent condition. Even though it is across the street from the beach it still has a lovely view and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. I really appreciated having a security code for the door as it is so much more convenient than a key that you have to keep track of (between many people). There was plenty of parking and the elevator was quick. We also found it to be very quiet, another plus. I had good communication with the owner and would definitely recommend this place!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this condo. Everything is brand new inside and it is beautifully decorated. It is beach front AND there is a great pool on the second floor. There are a few things that I would love to be added to the condo, like a hairdryer, because I didn’t pack one. Also, measuring spoons, scissors, pizza slicer and a wine opener would be good! There are several restaurants close by that are really good and the taco truck was within walking distance. The water was dirty and it rained all week but this condo was the highlight of the trip! We still enjoyed ourselves.
