Удобное безконтактное заселение. Всю подробную информацию отправили на ватсап. Вежливый хозяин, оперативно отвечает на все вопросы. До парка Рике 10-15 минут прогуляться, рядом есть магазины, расположение нам понравилось. Квартира большая, просторная, отдельный восторг - вид с балкона, ужинали там. Вайфай отлично работает, вся бытовая техника чем воспользовались- работает исправно. Кухня полностью оснащена всем необходимым для готовки. Чистое наглаженное белье и полотенца. Квартира тихая.

Большая квартира, 2 спальни и кухня-гостиная, 2 санузла. Кухня полностью укомплектована для приготовления пищи. Большой балкон с видом на город.

Никаких явных минусов, разве что кондиционер нужно почистить/заправить, на момент проживания с таким объемом помещения справлялся с трудом. Ну и шторку в ванную повесить.

The apartment is spacious with a nice view from the balcony. Also there is a free elevator. The landlord was friendly and tried to help with problems.

Lots of furniture and fittings were broken. Of all the light bulbs in the apartment, less than half worked - the rooms were dark. The knives were blunt, the landlord could not help with this. The tub was small and uncomfortable and also had a hole in the side. The water pressure was very unstable, it was uncomfortable to take a shower if someone was using the toilet or sink at the same time. In general, the apartment looks tired and worn, compared to the photo. Land Lord corrected some shortcomings, but overall the impression is mediocre.
