The owner gave detailed instructions on how to find the keys on arrival so everything was very easy. The location is amazing with trams directly outside and buses a short walk away. It is 5 mins walk to the middle of Old Town, 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes bus to Nice Riqiuer station to get trains to nearby places (e.g. Monaco, Menton, etc.). The apartment itself is a great size, full kitchen, comfortable rooms and modern facilities.
Nothing - the place is lovely, the location is great and the host was very helpful.

Excellent location and fantastic host.
The a/c wasn’t the best and there was only one fan to serve two bedrooms.

Location is excellent, for both transport links & Old town.
There was a misunderstanding about the sofa bed. Whilst we were four adults, we were not two couples. The sofa bed was apparently not very comfortable due to the wooden beams being very prominent when lying on it. Maybe more suited to a child ?
