The facilities were excellent and of a high quality. Quality of the food and variety was very good. Views of the river were great.
The location was not ideal if you wanted to walk somewhere - 15 minutes to get anywhere by car, although a beautiful setting overlooking the river.
Whilst the staff were very pleasant some needed more training. The room was not ready at check in at 4pm. On the first day by 4pm the room had not yet been serviced.

Absolutely fantastic service and great food. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beds are the most comfortable beds that I've ever slept in. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you are in utopia. Can't wait to go back.

This is impeccable property . Out skirt of Porto city .
The staffs are like “Black Comedy”.
It supposed to be 5 star hotel.
Staffs seems very restless and staff kept forgetting many things. That happens if Staffs are exhausted of working . Not well trained to be at 5 star.
Thats why I descried as Black comedy.
