The location and off street parking is the main feature of this property. Garden is a wild meadow but you can see and hear the most beautiful birds.
Property is specious if you have group of people or a big family.
Old furniture (apart from renovation in the kitchen) and not very clean in some places. Old heating/ hot water system, boiler in desperate need of replacement. Comfortable place and the best location but the price doesn’t reflect the quality and it was overpriced for me comparing last year holiday in Portugal where we had beautiful villa for the same price.

House was very cold on arrival and took ages to get warm with some radiators not working at all. The two bathroom ones not at all which made showering unpleasant.

Light in kitchen was quite dark but that was the only thing we didn’t like!

The location was good for exploring the area. Parking was good and the property was very clean. The sitting room was comfortable and the kitchen was good.
The shower upstairs was either boiling or freezing. The shower downstairs had poor drainage and there was an unpleasant smell when the downstairs toilet in the shower room flushed. The dining room furniture needs replacing as the table is very wobbly if leant on, and one of the chairs is broken. The patio furniture outside needs replacing. The whole area outside is neglected and needs a good clean to remove the green algae. The downstairs bathroom could use a shelf or cupboard for toiletries. The kitchen frying pan also could do with replacing. All in all just a bit of tidying up and maintenance and this property would be great.
