Located in Greenbank, this attractive cottage for $477 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to Seashore Cottage on the beach at Lagoon Point where the rainfall is half that of Seattle. We are located on 60' of low bank waterfront on the west side of Whidbey Island only 30 minutes north of the Clinton Ferry Terminal. Enjoy everything Whidbey Island has to offer from this luxuriously-appointed 3-bedroom home. Our home was recently remodeled by a local interior designer and is filled with thoughtful touches, including premium linens, eclectic antiques and one-of-kind custom fixtures. The home has two bathrooms, washer and dryer, gas fireplace and WiFi. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and heated towel rack. The cozy den includes a TV and comfortable couch for rainy day movie watching. Experience the ease of cooking on the new induction cooktop in the open-concept kitchen. Our back door opens up to Admiralty Inlet where you can watch ships from all over the world pass through. Enjoy world class sunsets from your patio chair or main bedroom suite - opening the door to hear the waves crashing just outside. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards and explore the coast down to South Whidbey Park. Neighborhood is on flat terrain for easy strolls or biking. Fish right from the beach outside our home as salmon use this route on their way back from open waters. From whales to deer to eagles they all make their home here or stop in for a visit. In the evening relax around the outdoor fire and watch the stars come out. Outside the neighborhood, you're close to all that Whidbey has to offer. We're minutes from hiking trails in South Whidbey State Park, historic Fort Casey, walking trails at Greenbank Farm and other beaches. Farther out, explore local wineries and picturesque beach towns Coupeville and Langley. The opportunities to get out and explore are endless - but we also designed the home to be the perfect retreat - no need to go much farther than the beach out the back door.

What a welcoming home to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. So many great things to point out: location location location, decorated by a professional that knows what makes for a warm inviting place to relax, carefully cleaned, kitchen with everything a group of cooking females could need, and best of all … the view! We wanted a getaway to just relax and watch the ocean waves. It was a perfect place to enjoy all day. Kitchen was fully stocked with treats in the freezer and anything you need in the pantry. Beds were comfy. When all accommodations are expensive, this was worth the extra - very little to clean at check out.

Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We were notified early that we were able to check-in early so we could plan accordingly. What a treat! The space was thoughtfully curated with fun touches everywhere. One of the few places I have stayed that everything felt new and clean so was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The view is spectacular, right on the beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is AMAZING and they have done a phenomenal job of decorating and accommodation’s.
Debbie and Gary are very accommodating and wonderful to work with. They treat you like a friend and not as a renter. We will be back in the future!!

We had a great stay! The house was so much more than a house, it was our home for those few days. From the moment you walk in and see the sand dollar art, the cabinet of treasures, to the picture window views, every detail makes you feel like you are in your own home. The layout was perfect and the rooms very spacious. You are on the beach and see magical sunsets every night! We know we will be back, it was the perfect home away from home stay!

The location is marvellous, beautiful views and steps away from a quiet and very pretty stretch of beach. The home has the most lovely decorating I have ever seen for a sea side cottage. Many lovely touches and unique furnishings. On top of this the home was immaculate and everything worked perfectly. We planned to go out for dinner a few times but couldn't take ourselves away.

Thoughtfully decorated and lots of little touches for guests. Best stocked kitchen we have ever had at a vacation rental. We spent our days on the beach or walking the friendly neighbourhood. Short drive to South Whidbey State Park, Trillium Community Forest for walks etc. and Freeland for groceries. Would love to go back again soon.

Our family with two girls ages 11 and 8 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. It was the perfect family getaway! The house is exactly as pictured and was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the provided beach towels and Sonos speakers were a huge bonus. Riding bikes around the safe neighborhood was a lot of fun. The beach in the backyard felt very private at this time of year. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Lovely property and surrounding area. We are very familiar with Whidbey Island but haven’t been back for a while. The attention to detail of the decor was outstanding. Just one note, both tub and walk in shower floors felt a bit slippery. We solved this problem by scrubbing them with the Bon Ami cleanser:) hope to return again

We’re always a little nervous when we try out a new place but this house was wonderful. The layout was perfect. My husband and I took the king bedroom with the on-suite and the view😊. The two side by side queen bedrooms were perfect for my daughter son-in-law and the two grandchildren. The bedding and beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The kitchen and adjoining family room made it perfect for staying connected while preparing meals. The outside large table with 6 chairs was perfect for us because the weather was warm enough for eating outside. We also ate one evening at the large dining room table inside. We were thrilled at the deer who visited every day ( next time we will make sure to bring lots of apples!) and we fished right out in front of our house! All in all it was an amazing visit. Debbie the owner was easy to contact throughout this entire process and I plan on having some girl trips here in the fall. You won’t be disappointed at all!! I give it a 10!

The house was well stocked with everything we needed for inside and outside and even some extras. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect - right on the water with a beautiful view. The owners were very nice and responded immediately when we contacted them with questions. We will be staying here again and would highly recommend it.

Once again we had a wonderful weekend at an extraordinary place. The cottage is impeccably decorated by a truly gifted owner. Everything we needed was there. The view, sea life, ships, and the mamma deer and two babies passing by made our vacation experience nothing short of magical.

I stayed at this property with my husband and my parents and it was just perfect. The master suite looks right out onto the Sound and the bathroom is gorgeous. The other two bedrooms are tucked away but still lovely. The kitchen/living room looks out onto the Sound for gorgeous views no matter what you're doing - cooking, lounging, etc. The kitchen was new and well-stocked with anything you might need. The den with the TV is cozy and you can still see the views. The beach blanket/towels hanging up in the hall were a nice touch to be able to sit on the deck chairs out back. Everything was so clean and beautify, we would definitely come back here.
