From the moment you step onto the sprawling deck, half covered with an overhang and the other half open to enjoy the warm sunshine and ocean views you will feel ready to let the good times roll! The deck is furnished with plenty of seating, a large outdoor table with bench seating, and lounge chairs. Enter the home through the double glass doors into the oversized great room with comfortable seating for all to enjoy. A big screen TV with cable, sound bar, and tons of games for any age to enjoy! The updated kitchen is appointed with beautiful granite countertops, top notch appliances, and every kitchen gadget you could possibly imagine. There are four large bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the other bedrooms featuring two sets of bunk beds. Two of the four bedrooms outfitted with TVs and Roku sticks. This home has the perfect setup for two families or groups that are traveling together as the sleeping quarters are paired of on each side of the house. One side even equipped with a pocket door separating from the great room for added privacy. The back of the house boasts a huge, screened-in porch with an oversized sofa and chairs. The home provides plenty of beach gear and with the beach access just across the street, it's easy to get to and from the beach. Vacancy won't last long in this home! We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Overall is was an ok place to stay, close to the beach and shops. It could have been cleaner, the baseboards were gross and the kitchen was very unorganized and some of the dishes were dirty.

Perfect location to the beach. Incredibly clean and spacious home. Slept 9 people easily. Loved the outdoor shower, front deck and back screened-in porch. Ample cookware for dinners. This is a gem!

Well appointed kitchen . The beach wagon was useful in carrying supplies to the shore. The bedrooms were larger than many bedrooms I have stayed in before. Would definitely consider renting here again.

The property was great and we had a wonderful time. The weather was not the best but lots todo around the island to stay busy. Plus the house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids all under the age of 13. Great location to beach!

The kitchen was great and completely updated. The beds were super comfy and as a family we enjoyed the house and location to the beach...just a 2 minute walk. The bathrooms and room decor could use some major updating, but that didn't damper our fun.
