Beautiful hotel. Beautiful rooms. 2 nights was not enough!

Sehr schön war unser Familienhaus. Die Eltern hatten oben ihre eigene Loge und die Kinder waren in der unteren Loge. Tolle Aussicht.
Der Frühstückssaal wirkte wenig einladend und entsprach optisch nicht dem sonstigen Preis- und Qualitätsniveau des Hotels. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Insgesamt machte vieles einen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck. Da wir jedoch in der Nebensaison gereist sind, konnten wir dies nachvollziehen und haben angenommen, dass möglicherweise weniger Personal verfügbar war. Die Bilder im Internet vermitteln zudem einen moderneren und gepflegteren Eindruck als die tatsächliche Situation vor Ort.

Domki wykończone w ładnej stylizacji położone na wodą z dużym odpływem w porze popołudniowej. Cisza, spokój, dla nas było to idealne miejsce na odpoczynek. Śniadania różnorodne, każdy powinien tu znaleźć coś dla siebie. Możliwość wypożyczenia skutera na miejscu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Fajny taras na dachu domku, szkoda tylko, że nie ma żadnego parasola/zadaszenia. Pracownicy w recepcji to jedyna obsługa godna pochwały.
Plaża sprzątana tylko przed ośrodkiem. Po dwóch stronach poza ośrodkiem bardzo dużo śmieci wyrzucanych przez morze, i tam nie są wcale sprzątane. Bar nad wodą pusty/bezużyteczny.(Siedzi w nim staff i klika w swoje telefony) Obsługa na śniadaniach i w restauracji klikająca bez przerwy w swoje telefony. Brak możliwości masażu na miejscu. (Na terenie jest miejsce do masażu, ale zamknięte, bez personelu... wielka szkoda dla tego miejsca). Roślinność na terenie ośrodka w pobliżu głównego budynku i przy schodach tam prowadzących bardzo zaniedbana (pełno suchych gałęzi, suchych kwiatów, suchych liści). Szyba w kabinie prysznicowej nie czyszczona prawdopodobnie od nowości (zacieki mydła i wody, które wymagają po prostu detergentu i gąbki). Grube pajęczyny z tyłu telewizora. W wielu domkach na tarasach brak krzeseł lub leżaków. Kawa na śniadanie tylko "americano" często bardzo rozwodniona.
Dobra kawa i doskonale wyszkolona i uważny obsługa w sąsiednim resorcie.
Miejsce to jest bardzo ładne i z dużym potencjałem, jednak ogromny minus za zarządzanie.

We had a great stay! The room was new and stylish, room service was good, and the pool with its lovely view were highlights.
While the food wasn't great for the price, the worst part was the attitude of the reception staff. There was a significant contrast in the receptionist's demeanor: very nice at check-in, but surprisingly rude at check-out regarding minor matters. This kind of unprofessional behavior is a serious problem.
