Brand new 1700sq.ft ++ townhouse/condo has a private roof top deck with fireplace and bbq. Walking distance to beach, pier and San Clemente's best restaurants and shopping. Memory foam beds, gourmet kitchen, high-end dining and living room w/ fireplace and 70" smart t.v. Custom frosted glass barn doors privatize office/bedroom with cool murphy queen bed. Twin over full sizebunk bed bedroom and master w/ king bed, balcony. 2.5 baths with washer/dryer , indoor parking An oasis in an ideal location.

Great property for our vacation. The house had everything we needed for our family including larger items ( highchair& pack n play) for our baby. Location was ideal for shopping and restaurants. Roof top was great for outdoor dining. Well stocked kitchen and panty supplies. Garage access was so convenient right out the door. We would definitely stay here again.
