The house is really cozy with a nice view of the sea, as the name suggests. We had several breakfast and lunch on the terrace, when the wind allowed. The place is really near Puerto del Rosario (10 minutes by car) and Corralejo (15 minutes) and you can reach beautiful more than one beautiful beach in just 5-7 minutes.
The complex needs some renovation in the public spaces.

Appsrtamento molto carino, io ero sola con il mio cane, ma e’ perfetto anche per una coppia.
E’ tra le poche strutture che accettano animali, e di taglia grande.
La posizione e’ perfetta se si affitta una macchina.
In cucina c’e’ tutto il necessario e in bagno anche, non solo accessori, se no anche condimenti e detersivi.
Personale molto disponibile!

Rustig gelegen en fijne omgeving. Appartement was goed uitgerust wat betreft materialen.
Geen ontvangst bij aankomst. Appartement was niet schoongemaakt. Prullenbakken nog vol, veel haren overal, volle asbak op terras.

Cosy apartment, with comfortable bed. We did a last minute booking late evening to go immediately as our flight had been cancelled.
WiFi was good
Had instant hot water
Landlord was quick to respond.
Needs a fan on site as didn't get good sleep being so hot.
Suitable if you have own car as otherwise you're reliant on bus no 6 to get you around.
Unfortunately after booking we found out there was no linen/towels for the 3rd person until the next day. It was non refundable so had to sleep on the sofa without sheets.
It was also super hot and leaving windows open did not help. Was surprised that there was no fan on premises.
We found hair collected in shower before using it.
Shower is difficult to use on holder as just comes loose so have to use handheld.
Taxis were unable to find location easily but photos helped on our way there.
Could do with a full length mirror
Daughter didn't find sofa comfortable to sleep on.
Apartment is on 2nd floor with stairs. Maybe worth indicating on listing if it isn't as maybe unsuitable for those with mobility issues.
