Nestled in Osage Beach, this charming condo for $300 per night is a great option for your next trip. Due to a frozen pipe situation in 2022 and contractor challenges during summer of 2023, we had to cancel several bookings. Because of that, VRBO's algorithms have plummeted our listing to the bottom of the search... so, you've just found a diamond in the rough. We remolded this condo in 2020... and AGAIN in 2023 (so by now, every inch has been gone over!) Brand new kitchen, appliances, flooring, bathrooms... hope to host your family soon! And now... for the rest of the description... Come stay at our recently updated condo at the Ledges. We've taken into account everything that we would like in a vacation home if we were going to book a rental... Because, WE STAY HERE TOO! Preference will be given to longer stays during peak season. Some of the luxuries you will experience here include: -Flat-Panel, HD televisions through-out -HD programming -Access to 'web-TV' like Netflix & Hulu -Up-Scale, modern furniture and décor. -Full sized washer and dryer, newer appliances. -From the Deck you'll enjoy a view of the lake, of the pool and of the beach. Spend an evening on the deck watching a beautiful sunset while watching other vacationers come and go! Our goal when you come stay in our vacation home is that you feel as if you're our guest. We hope you're so pleased with your stay that your are ready to book your return trip before you leave! BOATERS: Boat slips are available upon request for an additional fee. The State Park is a short drive away and offers very a very nice launch facility as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge, and the center-point of everything on the water! the fine print... By booking this unit, you agree to the following rules and regulations of both Unit B44 and it's owners, as well as the Ledges Condo Owners Association... (ie, this is our rental agreement) **ABSOLUTLEY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO. Any violation of the pet or smoking policy will forfeit their deposit and be asked to vacate the premises Immediately! PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE SO THERE WILL BE NO FINES.** (RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.) CHECK-IN: 4:00pm...CHECK-OUT: 11:00am All rentals are subject to local sales tax and lodging tax. Departure cleaning fee of $165.00. Damage deposit of $300.00 on all stays. Deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection\cleaning of condo and return of keys and parking permits. $50.00 fee(per permit) for non return of parking permit. Use of parking permit is required Friday’s, Saturday’s and during holiday periods only. No refund for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather. Quiet hrs. 11: 00PM-7:00AM enforced by grounds security. Condo rules and regulations will be in the condo. Any violations of the rules will result in fines which will be deducted from your deposit. Starter supplies of paper products and dishwasher detergent are provided. Additional supplies are not included in rental, Communication is key, if the grill runs out of gas, please let us know, we'll credit you the cost of the re-fill! Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled 14-30 days prior to stay will receive 50% refund. Less than 2 weeks refund is dependent on unit being re-booked.

Beautiful condo! Clean and open. Close to the lake and pool. Beach and pool option for kids was great. Only downfall was just enough bathroom linens, just had to wash towels more often than we would have preferred. We would definitely be back!

Upon arriving we noticed the air conditioning was not working as it should. I messaged the owner and within 10 minutes he called and was looking into it. He was able to have it fixed first thing in the morning.

There was plenty of room for my family, including 4 adults and 4 grandchildren. The condo is on the third floor which requires some carrying of your stuff, but the view from the loft is worth it. The condo is also close to many of the main attractions in the area which helps to save some time and gas money, if that's a concern. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, stress free getaway.
