Start your mornings with coffee on the screened porch as the bay comes to life, then step out to your private dock, perfect for fishing, boating, or simply watching dolphins and manatees pass by. Days here are meant to be spent on the water, in the sun, and completely at ease.
The main home features a bright, open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable seating for gathering after a day of adventure. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed with twin bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. Just outside, the detached bungalow provides a private retreat with a queen bed and its own full bathroom, perfect for guests wanting a little extra privacy.
This home is fully equipped for island living, including Starlink Wi-Fi and DIRECTV, along with everything you need for outdoor fun: five kayaks, two paddleboards, a canoe, and even a surfboard. Beach days are effortless with chairs, wagons, and plenty of towels provided.

This home was perfect for our family. We have been visiting the Island for 25+ years and found this house to check all the boxes! The location is wonderful, so private and quiet with a wonderful dock providing shaded and fan cooled sitting area and more ,ample, comfortable outside space , an amazing outside shower and any thing you may need for your beach trip! The home is well appointed and stocked with anything you could possibly need! We Will Be Back!!!

We loved being able to see the boat. Fish cleaning station and dock area are great!. The house is fully equipped with toys for young and old, indoor and outdoor toys. Clean. And……we love the island wildlife!

We have been vacationing on LGI for almost 20 years but this was our first visit to Docktails and it was wonderful. The house is well stocked and comfortable - lots of beach gear, towels, puzzles, etc. and a short walk to the beach. But as the name implies, the real star is the dock and outside porch; it is really perfect for hanging out and enjoying the peace of LGI. Tarpon Realty was terrific to work with, too, and very communicative. We will definitely be back!
