I had a wonderful experience at Izumi and would like to take a moment to thank the entire team for their excellent service.
A special thank you to our supervisor, Mr. Mahmut, and the amazing team — Sema, Oguzhan, Selinay, and Sivan Oye Lob. From the moment we arrived, everyone was very welcoming, friendly, professional, and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit and were always happy to help whenever we needed anything.
The team worked very well together, and their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It is clear that they care about providing a great experience for their guests.
Overall, we had a fantastic time at Izumi. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the staff made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Izumi to anyone looking for a great place with excellent service.
Thank you again to Mr. Mahmut and the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful experience at Wanda Vista Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
A special thank you to our supervisor, Mahmut Bey, for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent management. The whole team — Azra, Emin, Melisa, Selinay, Sena, Defne, Taner, Umut, and Civan — were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
I would also like to give a special thanks to the bellboys Oguzhan, Deniz, Seref, and Kadir. They were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile.
The staff truly made our stay memorable. Their hospitality and professionalism are a great reflection of Wanda Vista Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym had a lot of equipment and space.
This is not a 5 star hotel. Far from it. The location is really bad for getting into Istanbul. The breakfast is terrible, all the lids are left up on the hot plates so it’s cold or luke warm, the bread is out in the open so it’s stale, the orange juice got paler by the day like it was watered down, on one of the days we were given plastic cutlery to eat with. It’s 20degree heat and there isn’t a single place to sit outside and enjoy the weather, the outdoor pool area was closed.
