Preis Leistung ok. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus.

Gute Ausstattung, komplette Küche, eigener Garten, wifi, Smart Tv. Canariagetaway immer telefonisch erreichbar hilfsbereit und freundlich. Schöne neue Bäder und Toiletten. Hyperdino im Ort.

Nur Kleinigkeiten. 2 Klimaanlagen aber nur 1 Fernbedienung mit leerer Batterie. Leider nur 1 Fernbedienung des Schrankens. 1 Tag kein Wifi. Netzwerk und Code in der Beschteibung falsch. Garagenschlüssel erst auf Anfrage erhalten.

Focus op winst, niet op service. Stressvol verblijf.

Een grote woning met veel voorzieningen en een mooie tuin.

Ik reis veel en verhuurde zelf ook regelmatig. Ik heb nog nooit een NEGATIEVE recensie geschreven. Helaas kan ik nu niet anders. Ik heb veel stress ervaren. Het verblijf was het geld niet waard. Op zichzelf kunnen dit soort problemen voorkomen, maar niet de manier waarop ermee wordt omgegaan. We zijn inmiddels 1,5 maand en zo’n 70 berichten verder (Booking, WhatsApp en telefonisch). Het geheel voelt als een organisatie die vooral op maximale winst gericht is, niet op gastvrijheid. Samengevat: 1. Weken vooraf een babybed aangevraagd, maar niet geleverd. Groot veiligheidsrisico in een woning met hoogteverschillen en veel stopcontacten. Daardoor zelf grote aanpassingen moeten doen en 2+ dagen niet kunnen slapen. Verantwoordelijkheid en kosten werden bij ons gelegd. Pas na dagen bed geleverd. Veel stress! 2. Ik zat met onze kleine baby opgesloten in een hoog ommuurde tuin door foutieve informatie in de infomap (...van een andere woning?). Eventuele kosten voor een lockpicker zouden op ons verhaald worden. 3. Sleutel van het toegangshek ontbrak, waardoor we met de auto vastzaten en een feest moesten afzeggen. Servicedesk kwam niet met oplossing en sloot vroeg. Eigenaar (die naast ons woonde) weigerde te helpen. Uiteindelijk hielp een buurman, laat op de avond. Urenlang stress. Geen eten in huis of in de buurt. 4. Sleutel paste niet op het hek van de tennisbaan. 5. Balkondeur was kapot en sloot niet goed. Rolluiken werkte niet overal. Ook waren er meer gebreken in het huis. 6. Twee honden van de directe buren blafte 's avonds onophoudelijk. Kon verhuurder uiteraard niks aan doen, wel vervelend. 7. Buurtgenoten waren vriendelijk, maar gaven aan ook vaak problemen te ervaren. Er was duidelijk een irritatie over de vele verhuringen aan toeristen, en de focus op zoveel mogelijk geld verdienen in plaats van goede servicediensten.
