Great location in a quiet area. Just a ten minute walk to the Scallop and the High Street. Lovely spacious rooms and a very well equipped kitchen with a nice large dining table.
Mattresses were a little soft and the pillows were quite small. The dials on the cooker were worn which made it difficult to regulate the heat. Really poor and out of date recycling instructions. Would be better if there were labels on each bin. Recycling day is now Tuesday apparently and not Monday as in the Welcome pack. One of the reasons for choosing The Grange was the secure garden for our dog, however, there is a large grape vine in the garden and grapes scattered over the lawn. We were only given one front door key, it would be helpful to have two. A slightly more generous starter kit would have been appreciated. Three dishwasher tablets for a week’s stay with 8 guests isn’t really adequate. We also had to buy washing up liquid on our second day. These are just little touches that could be improved.

Drive large enough for 3 vehicles which is a bonus when staying in Aldeburgh.Clean and comfortably furnished rooms with 3 toilets.The kitchen is huge and ample crockery and pans were supplied.The property also has a large garden which is well maintained and suitable for children.
Halogen hob.The waste bins need signage to let people know what rubbish goes in which bin.Only 2 bin bags and 3 dishwasher tablets supplied so bring your own😕.Hob extraction unit not connected so could be improved.,

Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, newly and stylishly decorated
The fridge freezer was broken and only a very small counter top fridge was given as a replacement. It was far too small for a party of 8. The house is let by a company and not a private individual, so we were surprised that such a poor substitute was given, this type of issue must come up from time to time.
