This apartment was amazing! I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence as it is both beautiful and spacious. Ksenia was great! She met us upon arrival, walked us through the apartment and then spent time going through a map of all of the places we would want to see and eat and also local grocery shops. She coordinated taxis for us as well and then met us upon departure. She was terrific!
The only thing we didn't like was that the beds were very hard and we found them uncomfortable. People who like a very firm mattress may feel differently. Otherwise, we loved everything!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for us and even had a wine window right outside our entrance. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
