We had a great stay in this apartment. The place is very charming and has such a medieval, authentic Florentine atmosphere. You have to go through several gates to reach the apartment, but once you arrive, it is worth it. The apartment itself is comfortable, and very well equipped.
We were warmly welcomed by Stefan, who was very pleasant and helpful. There was a little bit of a wait when we arrived, but overall everything was very smooth and enjoyable.
The location is truly astonishing, you could hardly ask for a better one in Florence. It is right in the middle of everything, and we were able to walk almost everywhere. When I travel, I really value being able to explore on foot, and this location was perfect for that.
We were a group of five, two adults and three children, including two teenagers, and we all had a great time. The apartment was comfortable for our family.
There is a separate room, with a different key, for more kids could be complicated.
Our only small suggestion would be to provide a corkscrew. We bought a bottle of wine and realized there wasn’t one in the apartment, so we had to improvise to open it! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to experience Florence.

Very close to Santa Croce square. A little walk from the main squares and attractions.
One of the bedrooms was a completely separate room to the main hotel complex so you’d leave the main area with the kitchen living room and 2 bedrooms and have to go outside to go to the other room. We would have benefited from 2 sets of keys as both doors needed locking.

Ubicación inmejorable en el centro pero muy tranquilo al ser interior. Apartamento amplio, equipado y cómodo. Personal amable.
Una de las habitaciones está separada del piso principal, en una puerta situada en el mismo rellano con otra cerradura. No es inseguro porque solo hay un apartamento más en el edificio, pero es incomodo.

Comfy beds. Not too hard. Slept well. Host was very pleasant. He met us and brought us into the apartment. Quiet area.
TV did not work. Bedside lamp didn't work. Ran out of toilet paper during the night. No extra in the apartment.
