Excellent location within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, and shops.
Spacious layout with a large living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, perfect for families who want both shared and private space.
All appliances worked well, and the brand-new air conditioners kept every room comfortable.
The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy sunset drinks.
Riccardo was a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly, and naturally charming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Nothing significant to note. The apartment met or exceeded all expectations.

Perfect location for exploring Florence. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. Staff were welcoming and helpful both before and during our stay. We would rebook without hesitation.

Great location, host very informative about local area and good communication .
Kitchen dated, no oven - work top could do with being replaced. Two bedroom air cons excessively noisy making for poor sleep along with terrible pillows and linens and drunken noise until early hours which is not necessarily the fault of property but should be considered on booking
