Location and cleanliness.
We don't use WhatsApp, some communication was not easy.

Apartment was very large and spacious and also clean. Ideal location close to the beach and supermarket. Check in was quick and easy and staff were very helpful and replied quick to queries.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable. There was a loose grate on the road outside which made a loud noise constantly through the night as cars drove over it. WiFi wasn’t working the first day but this was fixed quickly the next day. Also had no running water for an evening and morning due to burst pipes in the area which was inconvenient but this also affected other buildings in the area.

Everything you would want in a home away from home was provided - washing machine etc. it was clean and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool
Party house across the road - we were woken twice during our stay - but our apartment was on that side try for the back of the apartments.
The internet was down for over 24 hours during our stay, it was dealt with quickly with no fuss

Location was excellent and the apartment was nice and clean
The pool is in the car park of the apartment so you have cars driving up to about 3 foot away from edge of the pool. It’s also next to a building site and opposite a childrens activity centre so it’s constant noise. It made the pool unusable when trying to relax.
The staff were helpful but the response time for any help took hours. It’s also strange that you’re expected to clean out your own bins down the road after the stay.
