Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.
Every time we entered the hotel main door, they asked if we'd like some freshly brewed tea and were very hospitable.
Breakfast is prepared with attention to detail and cleanliness.
Upon entering our room it was evident that care was taken in cleaning.
I acidentally dropped the room key through the gap in the elevator and it wasn't an issue for staff, they gave me a spare key.
The owner of the hotel offered us a lift to our next destination which was a nice gesture.
Breakfast is the same every morning and could have some hot food options to make it more interesting.
The lady in charge of preparing the breakfast could be more friendly in her approach to make visitors feel comfortable.

Good staff, great breakfast and very clean rooms
Location is perfect in terms of commute bybpuic transport, but always noisy due to main road.

Breakfast simple but good. salad leaves were provided, salad vegetables. Would have been nice to have more cooked breakfast choices as only hard boiled egg really, and different type white cheeses sometimes, different bread/pastry would have been nice (though there was a bakery right round the corner!).
Friendly staff, hospitable, welcoming.
Close to metro station, walking distance to high Street.
Air con and WiFi were good.
The mattress of one of the beds was very uncomfortable, I developed temporary sciatica -like symptoms.
