It was my third stay. I like the location and modern apartments.
The TV in my room was set up in German, and none of the channels were working. As soon as I checked into the room on Saturday, I messaged the WhatsApp number provided to ask for help. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a reply at all. I left on Monday. Was only able to watch Netflix, which was annoying as I always like to watch some Polish tv and news when I am visiting
I managed to change the TV language myself, but despite repeatedly trying to search for and set up the channels, none of them worked.
The staff were active on WhatsApp just before I arrived, asking what time I would be checking in. However, once I had checked in and paid (in cash, as the card machine wasn’t working), they left the office. I also went to the office in person to try to get the TV issue resolved, but there was no one available to help.

I liked the location and the quiet of the whole house and area even though it is close to the centre
It was visible that people have stayed there. A few scuff marks as well as a dent in the table were clearly visible. Nothing a lick of paint can’t fix

The apartment had a nice modern feel.
It's advertised as having air conditioning, but im afraid this isn't true. It has heating, however there is no cooling which made for an uncomfortable sleep on several nights.
The pillow felt as though it had been through a tumble dryer and was just a series of soft lumps.
There was only one pillow, and the double bed only came with a single duvet. If its a double bed, I expect a double duvet.
There was a dishwasher. However, no dishwasher tablets were provided. I wouldn't expect to have to go and buy a whole box of tablets when I'm only there for a week.
Some of the electrical fittings had come loose from the wall, and the bathroom light flickered when it was turned on.
This last point cant be helped unfortunately, but it is in a bit of a noisy area (vehcile noise amd noisy neighbours etc). Again it cant be helped, but if you're looking for somewhere quiet, then this isn't the hotel for you.
