The location is excellent. The room is very comfortable and of good size. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I left my jacket behind and they posted it to me.

What a find! Truly forthcoming staff, inspiring style, and an unbeatable location. They've somehow managed to tread the line between quirky and comfortable with absolute triumph. There's even a communal puzzle to be chipped away at in the lobby! That water dispenser on each floor is also inspired and breakfast was delicious. Truly one of my best hotel stays ever.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Public areas bright and expansive. Comfortable beds. Central but quiet location. Cold water dispenser in corridor.
Shower was good but some leakage across floor. Tea, but no coffee, no mini fridge in room.

Super nice front desk going above and beyond, especially Pani Beata. Very good breakfast, water machines on every floor and coffee and tea around the clock downstairs . Nice vibe.
The showers. Absolutely terrible! Even though the bathroom is nice and clean, the design has a lot to improve. The water temperature varies so much , you either get burnt every time anybody in the hotel uses any water, or you need to takealmost a cold shower to prevent getting but. It happened even when I moved a room. Perhaps it is a 4th floor problem? It is such a nice place It is a shame that bad plumbing lowers my score so much. Also, both showers were flipped hot and cold water. That is not to mention the weird no door or curtain design, which basically means you are partially flooding the bathroom, unless you are super careful while taking a shower. The bathroom looks nice but needs a complete redesign!
