Amazing place. Impeccable staff and service, comfortable rooms with great balconies offering a perfect Lake Como view, great (shared) jacuzzi (with the same view), nice breakfast, free parking.
The mini-fridge in the room could be larger.
For some reason, the associated boat rental company did not respond to my booking attempts online (neither via their website - and I did complete the reservation process - nor email). In any case, the BB's management did volunteer to help with the issue.

What a stunning location - right on the edge of the west side of Lake Como, separated from the water only by the main road (but a narrow road, and mainly quiet). You open your windows, or sit on your little balcony, and look at the amazing view.
The rooms have been decorated with individual flair - clearly the owners’ own taste, elegant and comfortable and not at all ‘corporate’ or hotel-like.
The breakfast is very nice for such a small establishment, with coffees or teas made for you, nice fresh eggs to order, and a wide range of choices (including both ‘healthy options’ and ‘indulgent pastries’!) from the cold/Continental buffet.
The various people who helped us, as well as the delightful owner, were all gracious, friendly, and helpful.
We were sorry just to be travelling through and staying for one night. We would love to return and stay longer to enjoy Como more; and having stayed at various locations/towns around this wondrous lake, this is the one I’d come back to.
