Situated in Longmont, this charming house for $135 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. In the heart of Longmont and walking distance to all services. 15 minutes to Boulder & the Rocky Mountain Foothills or 30 minutes to Denver. 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 minutes to Denver International Airport. This is a lower level apartment with a PRIVATE entrance & key. 2 Full bedrooms with 1 FULL bathroom. There is also a Full Eat-in Kitchen plus Dinette & Living Room with a Large TV with Cable. Wireless internet provided. Lots of off-street parking. There is a QUEEN bed in one room and 2 TWINS in the other. No pets or smoking of any kind allowed. Review from a recent guest in July 2022: Reservation ID #********. June * to July * 2022 * * * * * Our property in Longmont was perfect for our needs. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is only a few blocks from main street and all the shops, restaurants etc. Longmont has to offer. The property was clean, cozy and quiet during our stay. It was furnished with everything we needed. All appliances and electronics were in perfect working order. Darine (D), our host, was extremely attentive to our needs. We had some mechanical issues with the rental car at the onset of our stay, and Darine actually offered (and provided) a ride a couple times while we sorted out the car trouble. D was friendly, hospitable and responsive to all communication prior to and during our stay. We'd highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Longmont! Please be aware we are only renting for the summer months. This property is occupied in the winter. Thanks!!!

Dorine was home when we arrived, so we had a chance to meet. She was very attentive and checked in by text to be sure all was okay. This is a basement apartment, so there are stairs, but they posed no problem for us. The property is located close to downtown Longmont and convenient to Boulder. We were there for Family Weekend.

Came from the Midwest to attend a family wedding in Boulder and was a great location. Accommodations were clean and worked well for 3 adults who stayed. Host was welcoming and even reached out to inform us of fun things to do around the Longmont area. Great experience and would recommend.

This property is amazing! The pictures are completely accurate to how nice it is. Host is helpful and accommodating. Walking distance to downtown and many restaurants. We drove to Estes Park for a day, and Boulder a couple times. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

This basement apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that's close to everything you need. It is impeccably clean, has a great kitchen, a good-sized family room, and 2 nice-sized bedrooms. The bathroom was very clean. I would stay here again.

Loved staying at this gem in the heart of Longmont. Close to the shops and restaurants downtown and very convenient for us visiting Boulder and the Denver area. Darine and John were so kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We loved the central Longmont location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet. Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. Wonderfully hosts who made everything about our stay so easy. If you are in Longmont for one of the big summer softball tourneys (Sparkler/IDT), consider this VRBO that is central to fields and a quiet place to unwind.

Great apartment for our stay. We were in town for a multiday wedding, and the apartment was a great place to spend in our downtime. Location is convenient to main street, and it is an easy drive to Boulder. Our host Darine was easy to communicate with and really friendly.

The apartment is well laid out with everything you need. It’s a renovated basement with a private entrance but they did a great job of making it not feel like a basement, with bright yellow walls and lots of windows to let in light. living room was comfy with the softest area rug I’ve ever felt, plenty of cushy throws, a nice coffee table. The dining table was very small, bigger would be nice. The kitchen was perfect and we found lovely treats of coffee, water and chocolate chip cookies-much appreciated. We didn’t cook meals, but it was set up nicely for coffee, snacks, happy hour. two coffee cups and two regular glasses, could use a few more. The bathroom was decorated attractively, the shower was great, good water pressure and they provided shampoo/conditioner/soap.
The master bedroom was large, good walk-in closet and comfy bed. the backyard was a welcome spot to sit and relax. The only drawback was the thermostat is controlled by the owners, Darine did a nice job of keeping it comfortable for us in addition she was very attentive in making sure we were doing fine, even texting me there was an umbrella in the closet as rain was predicted.
This was our first stay in longmont and the location was perfect.We walked one block to main street took a left and headed down to the “old main street” with the great shops and restaurants. The roost, sugarbeets and lucilles all great restaurants. mcintosh lake is wonderful with stunning mountain views. We would stay here again.

The property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from Main St. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in, however the "dining table" was the size of a card table, so not really large enough for dining.
The quality of the fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen could be improved. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen fell off when we opened it.
Other than that the stay was good.

We were in Longmont to take care of our grandkids and this spot was in walking distance of their house (we didn't have a car). This is a beautiful property with everything we needed. Main Street was right near by so we could pick up supplies. This was the best place we've stayed in over the past 5 years when visiting our grandkids. Host was very available and checked on us to be sure everything was OK.

We had a lovely stay at Darine and John's Vrbo property. Their directions to their place were excellent and we were happy to be within walking distance from shops and restaurants we enjoyed. We love thrift shopping and we were happy with our finds in Longmont! John checked in with us about our comfort but was otherwise respectful of our privacy. This was a great place to stay and I absolutely recommend folks consider this property for a stay. You can cook in the kitchen, use the grill and patio set outside if the weather is nice, just an all around great place to stay!!

Longmont's Perect Vacation House
Darine and John are perfect VRBO hosts. They were helpful with recommendations and information to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They were also friendly and prompt when we needed assistance with anything. Their property is bright, comfortable and inviting. This is in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and breweries as well as a park for the little ones. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for evening walks.

The property is very well maintained, clean and functional. It is within walking distance of many things and there is good parking off the street. The managers communicate well and were very interested in us having a great trip. Nice kitchen, laundry, and patio area to use and enjoy as well.
