The position, the apartment, all the accessories available.
The balcony is amazing for breakfast and dinner.
Washing machine, cooking tools, coofe machine, iron. All available.
Parking availability very difficult. You have to park normally 5 minutes on walk. For us was ok, just to now if someone has problems on walking.
No air conditioning, but it was correctly written.
You have too keep all open to have air ventilation .

The apartment is in a fantastic location super close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a ceiling fan which was amazing. The balcony had amazing views and it was very quiet even at night time although it is so central

The location was fantastic. The apartment is just what you need for a short stay. You have everything you need and more. Lovely touches like books . The bed is comfortable and the added bonus is the remote controlled ceiling fan in the bedroom which is needed in the height of summer. Would highly recommend. I remember reading a negative comment about the tree but I can assure you that the tree doesn't hinder the view.
My only negative is the balcony doesn't get any sun but I know the beach is practically touching distance. I know sometimes you're glad of a rest from the sun. It's just preference.
