Location was fantastic and bedrooms were lovely
There was some damage on arrival to bedroom blinds and in the kitchen. The living room was very poor, not room to sit more then 3 people on a damaged and knackered sofa. There were 4 of us and the tv did not work properly. No chance to relax.
We had looked forward to this and paid for a luxury apartment, this was NOT luxury at all.
Very dissapointing, issues were pointed out and we were offerd a 10% refufund (£16), we didnt bother, just an insult realy given the uncomfortable stay overall. Tatty and no proper refund offered, would not recomend. This was meant to be a treat for my kids and some family time, never again.
