The location and parking, the property was bright and clean.The hosts answered e-mails promptly,which was great.

It was a great location. Had some fans which was good because it was warm.
Parking wasn't great. When we arrived we didn't have any where to park even though it says comes with parking. The pictures of the furniture on the site don't match the furniture in the house. Needs some work doing to it.

House was very clean, well maintained, presented lovely and all the little extras really made the stay feel special.
Nothing was bad. Nice addition would of been some little chairs in the yard to sit outside

The location was really good, especially with the car parking.
It was a quiet residential area.
It is so tired.
Needs a complete overhaul.
Every handle we touched fell out in our hands, including the front door key lock.
The settee was so low and uncomfortable, that we had to help our mother to get up from it, every time she sat on it. Also, it only really sat 3 people on it.
The bath panel didn’t look nice as you went into into the bathroom, with the water from the bath that had wet it, then dried.
The cupboards/wardrobes were very dated.
