Great location, spacious, lovely large bed. Well equipped, nice welcome basket, EV charger was easy to use. Good host communication.
Not a lot to dislike. Being really fussy: if there were 6 staying, the living room only seats 4 (but didn’t matter to us as only 3). And the dishwasher had no cutlery rack, so had to be hand washed (not a big deal). That’s literally the only criticisms, it was all very good.

The location to Chester city center is amazing, only a short work.
The stairs are very steep (only due to the style of property) it’s no a dislike as such, it’s more if with little children, stair gates would have been good.
The radiator in the front room didn’t work, but a heater is provided and warms the room up just as well.

Its proximity to the city was perfect, only a short walk. It was spacious with some outdoor space and there was a nice welcome package on arrival.
The traffic along the road was noisy at times at night, but I’m a light sleeper. The beds were uncomfortable to me, however I like a firm bed. Some of the towels were dirty with marks on and smelt damp. They were also very well used and in places threadbare, so needed replacing. The cutlery was also dirty, I had to rewash a lot of it before use. We also discovered a day in to our trip that there was a bad smell coming from the washing machine. Upon opening it we found some bedding in it that had dried from being washed and so smelt particularly bad as you could smell it all the way upstairs.
